Another Great Weekend...

I just love it when we have awesome weekends together! This weekend was one of those weekends for sure. The "Magic Bars" worked on Thursday...and the Bearcats won Friday night 38-0! Andy's youngest brother Jan called me and had set a plan into motion to drive to Ranger from Ft. Worth and watch the game. I'm usually not that great as a "secret" keeper, but I didn't say a word and I think Andy was pleasantly surprised to see Jan and his Dad at the game. It's too bad that they couldn't have more time to visit and catch up...I guess that will have to wait till after the season is over.

I always feel bad for a team (which has been us many of times) that is losing that badly. Its sad...Andy said the entire second team was in...so they didn't have much choice. There always has to be a winner and a loser...but Saturday morning after a big loss is no fun...and I know I have been there and done that. Anyhow, they came away with the victory and I was really happy about that. I feel like I only blog about the games we win...and when I think about it...I'd rather keep it that way because a loss is hard enough as it is around here...lets just stick to the good stories...right?
We decided to head out to the balloon fest on Saturday evening...let me tell you...the whole town was there. I have lived in Abilene all my life...and I cant ever remember going to the balloon fest until this year. There were so many people there...it was so crowded...I was a complete dork-o and wore flip flops...and the kids were so wild in the play area...there is no way Jolea was going in there. We got arrived just in the nick of time to catch about 3 balloons lift off (which was by far the most exciting thing for Jolea) but after that...we were fairly unimpressed. (I sound kinda grumpy don't I...but really it just wasn't what I thought it was going to be) Maybe when Jolea is old enough to walk around and not be confined to the stroller we will all have a better time. Here are a few pictures that Jolea let me take before we left...

Look at those chunky legs :)

Daddy and his sweet girl...she LOVES it when he does this...

Bren and James...

The lines to eat were outrageous so we decided to head to TaMolly's with my cousin Bren and her boyfriend James. I need to remind you...we boycotted eating out about 3 months ago because our little princess can rarely make it thru the ordering process before she hits grumpy, and we got tired of dealing with that. So...we braved it last night for the first time in a long time...and she was so GOOD...and I was so PROUD of her. She is the funniest kid...she LOVES hot sauce! What 2 year old eats hot sauce? I never intended on her to eat it or like it, but she gets down right mad when chips and salsa are on the table and she doesn't get any...its hilarious. She sat there like a big girl the whole time...waving to people and "Thanking" the waitress every time she came to the table. What a sweet girl! We took lots of pictures...just being silly I guess.
Me and My Sweet Girl

Yummy...Salsa

Mommy and Daddy

This is another busy busy week for us. My babysitter is relaxing on the beach somewhere in Mexico, so I have really had to make ends meet in terms of babysitting. A special THANKS in advance to my Aunt Debbie, Bren and James, Mema and Pepa and Sheila and Noel...for helping me out this week...without you guys I would be in a heap of trouble. Luckily its Andy's off-week so he will have a lot of work, but not as much as usual...and that's a big blessing too.

The big Dittos for Kiddos sale starts this week...and since I am a worker...my shopping starts early on Wednesday! I'm excited...when I dropped my things off today I saw several things that will have to find their way into my shopping cart :)

I hope everyone had a GREAT weekend and I hope this week BLESSES you too!

Black and White Friday...

Oh my sweet sweet girl (with a little bit of sass every now and then)...I asked her if she would let me take her picture this morning...and to my surprise she said..."Uh-Huh!" I snapped and snapped away until her attention span expired...and managed to come away with some really sweet pictures. Oh how this precious little girl is growing so fast...right before my eyes :)

We had to take a trip to Dr. Steadman's office this morning...and the verdict is...and ear infection in the right ear. I think she is on the better end of it though and we got some antibiotics that should do the trick! Poor thing...I thought it was just a little cold!

We have big plans to go to the Abilene Balloon Fest this weekend. I think Jolea will be in awe at the balloons and all the fun stuff for "little people!" Family time...cant beat it!

I am working my shift at the Dittos For Kiddos sale tonite! Mom and I chose the set up shift and the pick up shift...both shifts are busy...which makes the time fly by...and that is what I like. By the time I go to my next Friday night football game I am going to be having withdrawals. I cant make the game in Ranger tonite...and next week is their off week...so I am really going to be ready for some gridiron action come October 9Th.

Not A Lot Going On Here...

I don't know about you, but I am madly in love with this awesome fall weather we have been having. The A/C at our house isn't even turned on right now. The windows are up and the curtains are blowing...Ah...the sweetness of fall is upon us. This week has flown by just like all the other weeks have since school and football season started. I don't see that changing anytime soon, until the semester winds down in December. Speaking of football...its Thursday...so that means...Goodies. This week I chose "Magic Bars"...I am hoping that once all the coaches eat them...they will for sure be able to "Work Their Magic" and bring home a win. My Mom used to make these all the time when I was growing up...they are easy and they are delicious too. It actually takes so little work to prepare these little darlings...its all about layering...and they are rich, sweet, oooey-gooey deliciousness (is that a word...probably not!)

The Bearcats play in Ranger this week, and I am going to have to miss this one. First off its entirely too far for my little darling and second off, I am working my Dittos For Kiddos shift tomorrow night...so I will be plenty busy. I always hate it when I have to miss a game, but luckily my Coach knows how hard it can be going to a football game all the way in Tim-Buck-Too with a 2 year old. (I pat you ladies on the back that are brave enough to do it!) So good luck HHS...Beat Ranger!
Last night, my Mom and I went on a Mother/Daughter date to get a pedicure! (Sigh!) Its always so great to have someone massage your legs and feet and make your toenails look beautiful. I decided I would go with a Fall/Halloween theme...and do polka-dots of course (they make me smile)

Its getting really close to "closed toe" shoe season...and this worries me because I actually have to "train" my feet to like wearing shoes other than flip-flops...and this is not easy. I am all about comfort in a shoe...and this usually means flip-flops for at least 9 months out of the year. The reason we went to get pedicures in the first place is because Grammy and Poppy are getting ready to head here...for a whole week...Playa Del Carmen...and I am so Jealous!

I wish I could go spend a whole week, relaxing on the beach...but I just don't see that happening anytime soon. Maybe someday when I am done with school, me and my hubby can go some place like this to "get away!" I hope Grammy and Poppy have a great time...they are so DESERVING of a nice quiet vacation together. We are going to miss them while they are gone...and it should make for an interesting week...without my awesome babysitter! I know I can look forward to a few hours to myself by the time they get back...because they will be DYING to see their sweet Punky-Pie (that's been our pet name for Jolea since the day she was born!)
I just realized I have rambled on and on about magic bars, toenails and wishful thinking of a far off vacation...it looks like we really had a boring week around here! Maybe this weekend will bring lots of blog-worthy "stuff" to talk about.

Homemade Birthday Invitations...

Well I decided to try my hand at making my own invites for Jolea's birthday that is coming up. I always fall madly in love with the cutest invitations only to realize that they are madly out of my price-range. I love playing with different scrapping websites and I got the bright idea to design my own! So tell me what do ya' think? Too much...not enough...just right? I'm sure if you look close enough you will see something that I didn't do right...but hey I am a self-proclaimed rookie! If you have any bright ideas...please feel free to share them!
This is the first invitation I worked on...something about it just wasn't "right!" The font was too small or something...

So I kept playing and this is what I came up with! I like the modern and funky twist it has with the added polka-dots...and seriously...don't polka-dots just make you want to smile? I am noticing that the pictures are a little off-kilter, but I bet I can fix that a little later before I commit to printing them!

I am sure my hubby will be reading this post sooner or later (yes...my husband is one of my most frequent readers...believe it or not) and when he does, he should give me a pat on the back for saving him lots of money!

We've Been Busy Bees...

Goodness Gracious...its Friday already...and its the first time this week I have had a spare second to catch up on my blogging! The Ward's have been very busy bee's! Weeks like this are a double edge sword...on one hand its great because its another week "down" in terms of school and work and so on...but on the other hand...its "Where on earth has the time gone this week...I barely had enough time to shower!" Just kidding...I totally showered this week. But you get the point right? So this is our week in review...here goes nothing.
We started off with a "snazzy" little hometown parade in Hawley on Monday night. This week is their Homecoming, and let me tell you...those little towns take Homecoming festivities and spirit to a whole new level. I LOVE that about a school...so I say Bring It. I graduated from Wylie...and as much as people don't like that school, or think they are this or that...they had SPIRIT...and I still think to this day that is a HUGE contributing factor to why they are so successful at EVERYTHING they do. (Go Bulldogs) Anyhow...back to the parade...Jolea was so excited that she got to ride in the truck that was pulling the varsity team and the varsity cheerleaders. She was practically hanging out the window just waving her little chubby arms and hands like she was Miss America...it was really funny...and the people would just laugh at her when she drove by and she really got a kick out of that too. I'm telling you...this float was really neat...and Mr. Thompson who is basically the town hero made it. His son is the quarterback...so its just fitting that his mom and dad be so cool and adored in town, its just like the movie. After the parade went through town (we are talking 10 minutes max here people) there was a mini pep-rally at the stadium, followed by a powder-puff football game which Andy had to officiate! Luck Him!

Wednesday night, we headed out to the West Texas Fair and Rodeo for our annual family feeding frenzy. That' Right...all bets and diets are off when the Ward's and the Whitehead's head to the fair grounds. Usually we never even make it past the food down to the rides...which is perfectly fine with me! The WTF&R is something we do as a family EVERY year. Its a neat thing for us to do because about 10 years ago, that is where Andy was introduced to my parents for the very first time. It wasn't our first date, but it was the first time he met my folks...so its always been special to me. Jolea stayed true to herself and chowed down very unconventionally on a good ol' corndog...notice she is taking her bites from the side...silly kid.

Grammy's favorite thing is the corn stand (there is a picture I am dying to share, but for fear she might end my life...I decided I better not!) Mine and Andy's favorite place is the Vittle Barn bar-b-q trailer. Oh yes, they serve a brisket burrito that is DELICIOUS. While I was there placing my second order, the lady in charge told me that they would be serving at the Balloon Fest next weekend...luckily its already marked on the calendar. Poppy headed for a turkey leg...that we all got to share...and it was huge. After we ate we headed to the display building for some shopping and we came away with some really adorable tee's...you know...the blingy kind! There is always this one booth that has great deals...and that is usually where we shop. I was disappointed not to find anything for my Jolea girl...they usually always have something sweet for her. We shared funnel cakes and rode a few rides before taking our tired girl home and getting her into bed.

She stayed up way past her bedtime, but based on the smiles in the pictures...I think she had a great time. Family time is so so so precious to me...and I feel so blessed to have this kind of time together. Thursday night I decided on a whim that I would drag out all my fall decorations and get them put up. I guess it was something in the air...and that fall chill that was going on yesterday. Jolea was my helper...ha ha ha... she enjoyed running around outside more than anything! I still feel like the front porch is "missing" something and I just cant put my finger on it. Our porch isn't a very good one for decorating because you don't have a clear view from the street. O-well...I am trying to work with what I got!

Thursday also means its sweet treat time! This week it was brownies...and I had my very own personal assistant to help me! Allow me to introduce Chef Jolea! What a mess...this kid is! I was a little nervous about letting her eat off of the spoon because of the eggs that were in the batter, but then I realized my Mama let me eat off the spoon for years and I am still alive...so what the heck...go for it girl. (Sorry...we thought cooking in the nude was totally acceptable :)

In between all this "stuff" that went on this week I have had lots of homework, quizzes and tests! This semester is officially in "full" swing. I begin my 45 hour block of observations on Tuesday at Bowie Elementary...should be interesting, fun and exhausting all at the same time, but I am looking forward to working with the kids. Tonite is another Friday night under the lights and I am especially hopeful for the Hawley Bearcats...Homecoming victories are always so much sweeter than any other game. Wish us luck...Today's pep-rally was really fun...Jolea had a blast and as usual was totally pepped out by the time we got home. Coach Rubel was the hightlight of the rally...he had his wife Sheila "bleach" his hair blonde. Yup, thats right! He made a deal with the boys last week if they got a win, he would bleach it blonde! Lets just say it turned out more "goldy" than anything...he should be "shining bright" tonite on the field. I leave you with a Senior picture from today's peprally...you may be thinking to yourself..."Where's the rest of em'?" It's hard to believe, but that is most of them, give or take a few! Happy Friday Night Football to everyone :)

Friday Night Nailbiter...

My Goodness...it was a wet night for football across most of the state of Texas...and its been quite a rainy Saturday as well. Although I do get tired of feeling waterlogged and soggy I wouldn't dare ask for the rains to stop because I know we have needed it so desperately. Days like today make for really good "lazy" days...and sometimes that's just what I need.
Now on to what happened last night under the lights...here is a neat shot of the Coleman field...can you see the rain?

Last night's game was such a nail-biter...but I had a front row seat and an up-close look at the work my husband so dearly loves. It was the Hawley Bearcats versus the Coleman Bluecats...and did I mention it was their homecoming? It was so rainy, so wet and just plain yucky that Coach Rubel's wife (Sheila) and myself got to sit in the vacant spot of the press box. (A little VIP treatment for the ladies...that's what I'm talking about!) This means we had to be super quiet...and not move much, but we were out of the soggy, wet and cold rain...unlike these people.

It was so fun to be so close to him and see the action and his intensity and how much he really knows about football. It's like he speaks a foreign language when he is talking football...all these routes and hooks and whatever else they run...but he knows his stuff and I have to say it was the defense that won this game...and I was so proud of the boys and my hubby! Here is Andy hard at work...looking all "coachy" and "tuff"

It was a back and forth battle all the way to the final buzzer! I would prefer a much larger lead than 1 point, but 1 point is still a win...and they deserved the victory...sweet sweet victory too...because who wants to lose their homecoming game...right?

By the way...Thank You Grammy for keeping my Punkin Butt...she never would have made it in the rain...I really appreciate it! We got home late...and the boys got home even later...but when you have a win under your belt, nothing else really matters. It will be back to work for Andy on Sunday...in preparation for their own homecoming game against Stamford. Wish us Luck!

This month is the next big Dittos for Kiddos sale...and I am working! Just in-case there is anyone out there that doesn't know what the Dittos sale really is... "Dittos" is a semi-annual consignment sale for children's clothes, toys, books, baby equipment, baby furniture, maternity clothes and much more! If you wish to consign in the sale, drop off your items at the designated times and let them do the advertising, marketing, and selling for you. You make 65% of your sold items. There is over 12,000 square feet of building space full of thousands of gently used items brought in by hundreds of moms and dads. You will be amazed at the selection and then to top it off the prices are unbelievably low. When I say you can find ANYTHING you are looking for...I am not kidding. I mentioned earlier that I would be working the sale...this is the cream of the crop, the jackpot because when you volunteer to work, you receive a pass to shop on worker night. Worker night is closed to everyone except our workers. That means I have 4 hours to find all the bargains before the consignors and the public get to shop. Just to give you a better idea...when you shop as a worker, you are shopping with 30 to 35 other people instead of 400 to 500 other consignors. WooHoo! This is honestly where Jolea gets a TON of her clothing and toys. You cant beat the prices and generally they only accept very good quality items! I'm looking forward to it! For more details you can visit dittosforkiddos.com!
Too bad I didn't get to my fall decorating today...the rain really put a damper on my mood...maybe I will try again tomorrow.

Happy Fall Ya'll

It’s just a few more days…till September 22 which marks the first official day of fall…and I can’t wait. Hand’s down, without a doubt fall is my favorite time of the year. I just adore it. I love the crispness in the air, the colors of the leaves, going to football games, wearing sweaters and coats, drinking coffee’s and hot chocolates and decorating the whole house with pumpkins, leaves and gourds. Yep, fall is my FAVORITE! It even seems like the sun shines a different way. The evenings are cooler and I love sitting outside simply to enjoy the breeze and the awesome smells that fall brings too. Of course one of the things that stands out the most when I mention my love for the fall season is Halloween. As obvious as this may be - Halloween is such a fun part of fall! Who doesn't love a little spooky fun…right? I love decorating my home and porch (or lack thereof this year) for Halloween, and putting together Halloween goodies for the football coaches and the little one in my life….I also love to shop around for Jolea’s costume each year…which by the way I thought last year’s Gymboree fairy costume was just too cute…but I think this year’s costume is even more presh (more to come).

I would love a front porch like this one...so cute

I also think about mums when I think of fall. I just love to see pink, yellow, orange and red mums popping up on porches and doorsteps whenever fall arrives…such fun!

When I think about fall I think about pumpkins and pumpkin patches. For years, our church (Southern Hills Church of Christ) used to host a gorgeous pumpkin patch…but they stopped a few years ago…I miss it…and it was the best place to take fall photos. At our house we rarely ever carve our pumpkins…we just gather them up and sit them out on the front porch for display. As Jolea gets older, I am sure this tradition will change because I know she will want to carve them instead. What a mess…but well worth the smile that will be on her face!

When I think about fall I think about warm foods…the kind that warms the body and the soul. Fall brings out the soups and stews that just aren’t the same at any other time of the year. I am particularly weird about this…for instance, I cannot eat chili and cornbread in the summer…it’s just too hot and it just takes away from the specialness of eating those kinds of foods in the fall. Is that weird?

When I think about fall I think about birthdays...Yup...thats right! I turn the big 28 on October 12Th and I get to share the same birthday month with my sweet baby girl on October 23rd. (I was secretly hoping we might share the same birthday...but they I remembered how deserving she was of her very own special day!) All of these things and so much more are what make the fall season so special to me! Even though its not officially fall yet, I have big plans on getting all my “deco” down this weekend and getting started. These seasons come and go so fast and I want to get all my stuff out so I will have time to sit back and enjoy it. Happy Fall Ya’ll

Sweet Treat Thursday...

Its 11:23 PM and I just got done frosting 24 cupcakes...this weeks "sweet treat"! I just "adore" cupcakes! They are so dainty and so tempting. Now don't get me wrong, these aren't fancy cupcakes, but none-the-less they are still mighty tasty. I chose to do butter yellow cake with creamy chocolate whipped icing! Speaking of the icing...girls...I have a new BFF frosting device! Check her out...the answer to all your frosting prayers!

I was a little skeptical at first...thinking the frosting would be "whippy" like whipped cream and I didn't want that at all. The icing is creamy and whippy...but not like whip cream whippy...do you get what I am saying. I am a traditional butter cream icing kind of gal and I don't like that whipped junk at all...its for the birds. I added nuts to a few of the cupcakes because lets face it...nuts make them prettier...and they just looked so naked without them :) I also tried to better my presentation and got my trusty-old sharpie markers...reverted back to my high school cheer leading (mascot) days and "doodled" a sweet messages to the coaches tied on with festive black and white polka dotted ribbon...sigh...like they are really gonna care about all that :)

It has been a really busy week at the Ward house and it looks like its gonna be that way for a while. We have lots of activities to look forward to in the upcoming weeks and months...including Jolea's second trip to the West Texas Fair and Rodeo! Hmm...I guess that explains all the rain we have been getting. Andy has been late getting home most nights this week...which has really cut into my new cooking routine! Poor guy...when he gets home he is beat...I on the other hand find myself staying up entirely too late working on homework, watching TV or playing on the computer...I guess I am becoming a night owl in my old age. Tomorrow is Friday and I am wishing everyone a happy weekend...and as always...Good Luck to all you Friday Night Football players, fans, moms, dads and avid sports lovers...Play hard and travel safe!

~GoodNight~

Jolea's First Day of MDO...

Well today was the day...that my "baby" turned into a "big girl"...her very first day at Mothers Day Out. Hmm...that means that today marks the first time that she was cared for by someone other than myself, Andy, Grammy or the very rare babysitter. What does this mean for me? It means from 11 to 2:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays I get three and a-half hours of uninterrupted toddler-free Mommy/homework/laundry/cleaning/cooking or whatever else I need to do time. Even though I know I am going fall madly in love with this little break twice a week...I have found myself looking at the clock today and wondering about my sweetie pie...Is she having fun? Does she miss me? Will she eat her lunch? Is she being a good girl? Is she going to have a big stink in her britches and stick up the whole church building...yikes. I am sure she is having the time of her life right now...and she didn't even shed a tear when I left this morning...okay maybe that is because I totally "snuck" out when she wasn't looking...but hey no tears means no tears anyway you slice it right? I cant believe my baby has grown up so fast...for crying out loud she is fixing to be 2 years old already. Here are some of the pictures I took this morning before we left. She is so PROUD of her backpack and her lunchbox...she didn't want me helping her carry it this morning! It weighs more than she does with all her stuff in it...so it was pretty funny watching her try to lug it all the way out to the car. Speaking of lunchbox...her very first school meal was sliced wienies, macaroni and cheese, grapes and of course a little ketchup for dipping! We call her "little dipper" around here because no matter what we are eating...she wants something to dip it in...preferably ranch or ketchup!
Big girls eat a good breakfast before school...

Daddy and Jolea...

Lets go to school Mommy...

Jolea and her cool girl school stuff...

Football Firday Night is now Football Saturday Afternoon

(First of all...you know how I feel about a post with no pictures...a cupcake with no icing)
Ugh...I love me some football, but I cant say that I am pleased to be going back on a Saturday afternoon at 12PM to sit in the now "hauntingly humid" conditions. Yup you guessed it...last night we got delayed not once, not twice but three times, then we finally get out on the field played one down, and we are called off the field again. Hmm...I got an idea guys...lets just call the game...and get outta the pouring rain! FINALLY at 9:45, they officially canceled the game and I headed home feeling soggy and waterlogged. I really feel for my Andy and the rest of the coaching staff because this was supposed to be a holiday weekend and they were supposed to get a little break on their work...but that is all shot now, thanks to mother nature! That also means that me and Jolea will get less time with our Daddy this weekend :( What a bummer, but its the life of a coach's wife and you just have to roll with it. I will post pics from yesterday's pep-rally and last nights game that has turned into today's game! So stay tuned...

Meet The Teacher @ MDO

Tonite was Jolea's "Meet the Teacher" night at her new MDO program that she will be starting next Tuesday. She will be going to Southwest Park Baptist Church MDO and her teacher is Ms. Jessica. I heard about the program thru the grapevine, called to check it out and was really pleased to be able to enroll Jolea for the fall. She will go on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 2:30 pm...that means Grammy will also be getting a nice break from keeping her for us on those 2 days. Her class just happens to be all girls...and what is even funnier and more amazing is that my childhood best friend who recently just moved back to Abilene has 2 girls and one of them is in Jolea's class. We grew up together...and now our babies are going to do some growing up together...so sweet to me. I am hoping this will give her and I the chance to reconnect and catch up on everything that has gone on in our lives. Its amazing how God works because I was so worried about my school schedule this semester and about how much I was going to miss with Jolea, but my schedule is perfect. I will even be able to take her on her first day which is really important to me. After the first week, Grammy will begin taking her, but I will be able to pick her up on both days. If you remember from a few posts back, I have been on the look-out for a sweet nap mat, back pack and lunch tote...and was really pleased to find something that was reasonably priced. I went into Under One Roof earlier this week (LOVE that store) and I came across these. I have seen them online, and based on the prices I saw, I really got a deal. They were 10 dollars a piece as opposed to about 22 for the backpack and 16-18 for the lunch tote.

I thought they were cute when I bought them...but after a little bit of nifty personalized monogramming...I think they are even more darling now.

Stacy Doby @ Initially Yours (here in Abilene) did them for me...and I also purchased the matching nap mat from her as well. I dropped off the items at her house on late Tuesday afternoon, and they were ready for me to pick up today (Thursday)!

Good, Fast Service...that's what I like :)

Here are all the "other" school supplies that we bought for Jolea's first day...it was fun to go and buy these things...but she has been wanting to get into them ever since! I guess you cant blame the kid...it does look like fun to dive into all of this colorful stuff.

Moving on...today is Thursday...and you know what that means...goodies for the coaches. Tonite I made Heavenly Banana Delight a.k.a banana pudding. Its a recipe that I have always gotten "raves" about and it came out of the Jordan Taylor Spice of Life Cookbook from 2003. I want to share it with you...make it...I promise it wont disappoint you, or anyone else who dives into it.
Heavenly Banana Delight
Serves 10-12
One- 3 1/2 oz pkg of vanilla instant pudding mix (small box)
One- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
One- 12oz box vanilla wafers
3 or 4 bananas sliced
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix, condensed milk and milk. Beat for approx 2 minutes or until well blended. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream (till its nice and stiff at least 2 minutes). Add the sour cream to the refrigerated pudding mixture and mix well. Begin to "fold" in the heavy whipping cream into the pudding/sour cream mixture (this is the secret ingredient). Place half the vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch dish (or a pretty bowl). Top with half the sliced banana's, half the pudding mixture. Repeat each layer. You can sprinkle crushed wafers all over the top to make it PURTY! Now sit back, relax and enjoy!

I am usually alot "craftier" than a black sharpie marker...but I am running low on stickers...and cute things...and lets face it, they are MEN...like they care about presentation.

Don't let this precious little face fool you...this little girl was a ring-tail-tooter today, but she finished the day off in good spirits and that is a note worth mentioning. It always amazes me that no matter how frustrated, irritated or impatient I get with this little one, she always has a way of wrapping her little hands around my heart. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day...and by the way...its Football Friday Night...Again.

~Till Next Time~
